Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping services to most locations around the world. We ship all orders through reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, eKart, DHL, Aramex FedEx, UPS, and Indiapost. We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We also provide a tracking number for your convenience, which allows you to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Time:

Orders will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Same Day Delivery in Delhi and Gurgaon

Applicable for all orders placed before 5 PM 

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on orders above INR 500 in India. A delivery charge of INR 49 will be added on orders below INR 500.

Tracking Shipment:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can email us at contact@mysutradhar.com for any issues related to orders

International Shipping:

Please reach out to contact@mysutradhar.com to place an order for international shipping.

Tampered or Damaged Packages:

Do not accept a package that appears to have been tampered with, damaged, or opened. Take a picture of the package and call or email our customer service department at 9953019253 / contact@mysutradhar.com with the photo
